It is important for
your survivors to know your wishes and to have contact information for your funeral home or the organization to which you want your body donated.

| (1) Call the
funeral home that will handle the arrangements, OR call the organization to which the person's body will be donated. |
| (2) Call the
minister, priest, rabbi, lawyer - whoever is appropriate. |
| (3) Survivors
arrange for a funeral ceremony or memorial celebration, if desired. |
(4) Survivors write
the obituary and pay for it directly to the Ithaca Journal
or the newspaper of their choice. |
